This blog post is the first of a series of posts intended to show you why blog marketing is essential for your business. In essence here are some of the main reasons.

- You need to identify YOUR target market, because if you market to everybody you are marketing to nobody. It’s no good trying to market steak to vegetarians.
- You need to develop a relationship with your target market
- You need to find out the problems that your target market is experiencing and provide solutions
- All the search engines such as Google and Yahoo for example love WordPress Blogs
- Blog marketing done in the correct manner creates traffic and that traffic is FREE
Blog Marketing Is Essential For Your Business
Blog Marketing From The Beginning
I’ve studied blog marketing for a long time because I realised early on that this was the way forward for my network marketing business. It became very clear that company replicated sites were not popular with the search engines, and many frustrated networkers had their sites and accounts shut down. We must be very clear that a search engine’s responsibility is to provide value to its customers and 100’s and 1,000’s of replicated sites do not provide sufficient value. So, because the likes of Google love WordPress Blogs with the information providing value and solutions to customers, then marketing your business through your own blog marketing platform makes sense.
It took a long time for me to put all the jigsaw pieces together in order to have a full understanding of this very powerful way to build your business online. There was no single trainer that seemed to put ALL the pieces together for blog marketing, and I had to search for the information in many different areas in order to be able to put the big picture together myself.
In view of my long journey learning the concepts of blog marketing I felt there was a gap in the market that needed filling, inasmuch that I want to provide you with an A-Z training program from the very basics right through to more advanced levels. In doing this much of the early training will be too basic for some of you, so please forgive me for that, you’ll just have to be patient. I’m a great believer in building from a very strong foundation; you wouldn’t dream of building a house on weak foundations would you? And it’s the step by step approach from the beginning, that was missing for me, I was so frustrated.
Blog Marketing Moving Forward
Further to my comments above, I am going to start from the very basics and assume that you know nothing about blog marketing, or in fact that you have no experience about blogging at all. In doing this I’m sure you will agree, that it will accomodate a significant number of people who have a desire to learn and use blog marketing to take their business onto a totally different level.
